Submission of a rental application or inquiry does not create a tenancy, lease, reservation, hold, or any binding agreement between you and 330 Rentals. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or request additional information from any applicant in accordance with our standard screening criteria and applicable fair housing laws. No oral statement or representation by any employee or agent shall be binding unless reduced to writing and signed by an authorized representative of 330 Rentals.

We strive to keep information on the Site accurate and current, but we make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content. Property availability, rents, features, and policies are subject to change without notice. Listings, photos, and descriptions are for general informational purposes and do not constitute an offer to lease. Actual lease terms will be set forth in a written lease agreement signed by both parties.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 330 RENTALS, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 330 Rentals and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Portage County, Ohio, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
