Information Collected Automatically

3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
- Tenant screening: With TransUnion Rental Screening Solutions, Inc. (operator of SmartMove®), with your authorization, for purposes of background, credit, and eviction screening.
- Service providers: With vendors who help us operate our business (e.g., website hosting, form processing through Google Forms, email and SMS communications, accounting). These providers are authorized to use information only as needed to perform services for us.
- Legal compliance: When required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.
- With your consent: For any other purpose disclosed to you at the time we collect the information or with your consent.
4. Tenant Screening and the Fair Credit Reporting Act
If you apply for tenancy, screening is performed by TransUnion SmartMove®, a consumer reporting agency. The screening report is provided to us based on your authorization. Your Social Security number and payment information for the screening fee are submitted directly to TransUnion and are not retained by 330 Rentals.
Under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), if we deny your application, increase the deposit, or take any other adverse action based in whole or in part on information in a consumer report, we will provide you with the name, address, and telephone number of the consumer reporting agency that supplied the report, notice of your right to obtain a free copy of the report within 60 days, and notice of your right to dispute the accuracy or completeness of any information in the report.
5. Cookies and Embedded Content
The Site may use cookies and similar technologies. Pages containing embedded content (such as Google Forms applications and Google Maps) may set cookies and collect information governed by the privacy policies of those third parties. We retain application and tenancy records for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, to comply with our legal and tax obligations, and to enforce our agreements. Application records of non-approved applicants are typically retained for several years in accordance with fair housing recordkeeping recommendations and applicable law.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for adults seeking rental housing. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
